Need a custom search module on a quick turnaround for Drupal 6.
Had a working version in Drupal 5 using views, panels, location and gmap but will not function in Drupal 6.

proximity search by zipcode (with mapping using gmap)
custom form using "yes/no" answers to determine whether or not to show lists of a single node type on the same page
