At the August meet-up Spencer mentioned a number of sites with Drupal tutorials, videos, and screen-shots. Could a set of links for these sites be created with the possiblity of a rating system as well? It sure would be helpful for this neewbie!

It's Possible with Drupal - how it might be done is to set up a node for each (content_type) let's say we call it "tutorial_resource". Related to this content_type node would be the fivestar module or similar functionalities .
Also there are soooo many modules and it's usually a best case decision for each individual website project regarding what module to choose, but feedback on each might prove helpful for CDMUG members.
